Inevitably, some people will be dissatisfied, but we cannot extend refunds simply because a customer decides, after having had full access to our network, that they weren't satisfied with the experience. Unfortunately, there are too many less-than-honest web surfers for us to have a liberal refund policy. Nor can we grant partial refunds; our billing providers do not allow for that. Therefore we only grant refunds under the following circumstances:
